1. Intellectual Property

All images, artwork, photographs, text, graphics, and content on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of Elizabeth Devenney Fine Art and are protected by United States copyright law.

Purchasing artwork does not transfer copyright.

Buyers may not:

• Copy
  
• Distribute
  
• Digitally reproduce
  
• Use images for commercial purposes without written permission.

Elizabeth Devenney retains all copyright and reproduction rights.

Ownership

Elizabeth Devenney retains full copyright ownership of all artwork and images.

Purchasing a print or artwork does not transfer copyright.

Collectors are purchasing the physical artwork only.

Permitted Uses

Collectors may:

• Display the artwork in their home, office, or private space
  

• Resell the physical artwork
  
  

Prohibited Uses

Without written permission, buyers may not:

• Reproduce the artwork
  

• Scan or digitally reproduce the image
  

• Use the image commercially
  

• Use the artwork in advertising
  

• License or distribute the image
  

This includes:

• Website use
  

• Social media marketing
  

• Print advertising

• Promotional materials
  
  

Social Media Sharing

Collectors may share photographs of the artwork displayed in their space for personal use provided that: Elizabeth Devenney Fine Art is credited when possible.

Licensing Requests

Commercial use or licensing requests must be approved in writing.

Copyright Infringement

Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use may result in legal action under United States copyright law.

2. Limited Edition Artwork

Many pieces sold by Elizabeth Devenney Fine Art are limited edition works.

Limited editions may include:

• Signed artwork
  
• Edition numbers
  
• Certificate of Authenticity
  

Once an edition sells out, no additional prints of that edition size will be produced.

Elizabeth Devenney reserves the right to create:

• Different sizes
  
• Different mediums
  
• Artist proofs unless otherwise stated.
  
  

3. Product Representation

We strive to accurately represent artwork, colors, and materials.

However, due to differences in screens, lighting, and print processes:

• Colors may vary slightly
  
• Materials may have natural variation
  

These differences do not constitute product defects.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

Elizabeth Devenney Fine Art reserves the right to change pricing without notice.

Orders will be honored at the price displayed at the time of purchase.

5. Payment

We accept payment through secure third-party payment processors.

Orders are processed only after payment is received.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of:

6. Production Time

Fine art pieces are typically made to order. Standard production times range from:

5–14 business days depending on the printing and finishing process.

Custom or large-scale pieces may require additional time.

7. Shipping

Shipping timelines vary depending on:

• Carrier delays
  
• Destination
  

Elizabeth Devenney Fine Art is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct.

8. Damage During Shipping

If artwork arrives damaged, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Photographs of packaging
  
• Photographs of the damage
  

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange replacement when appropriate.

9. Limitation of Liability

Elizabeth Devenney Fine Art is not liable for:

• Indirect damages
• Incidental damages
  
• Consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
  
  

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Colorado.
