Refund policy

Elizabeth Devenney Fine Art

Because our artwork is custom-produced and made to order, our return policy is intentionally limited.


1. All Sales Final

All artwork purchases are final sale.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Color variation due to screen differences
  • Personal preference

2. Damaged Artwork

If artwork arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Photos of damage
  • Photos of packaging
  • Order number

If damage occurred during shipping, we will arrange:

  • Replacement of the artwork
     or
  • Repair when possible.

3. Incorrect Item

If the wrong item is delivered, please notify us within 48 hours and we will correct the order.

4. Custom Orders

Custom artwork, commissioned work, and personalized pieces are non-refundable once production has begun.

 

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After production begins, orders cannot be canceled.

 

6. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless an error occurred on our part.
